Send the quote from your own WhatsApp.
Press Send on a quote and choose WhatsApp. It opens a chat with your customer’s mobile, with the quote number, the total and the link already written, so it goes from your number, in a conversation they already know.
- No mobile on file? WhatsApp still opens and you pick the chat
- On Pro, your customer can accept from the link. On Starter the quote page is view-only
- Message the customer from an enquiry or an invoice the same way

The WhatsApp Assistant
Text your own assistant from the van. It is running now for a small number of Pro+ accounts that we switch on, and it is not on sale yet.
Connect your number
In Settings, AI Tools, WhatsApp Assistant, tap Connect. You get a one-time LINK code to send from your phone. It works for 10 minutes, and the assistant only ever answers the number that sent it.
Text it like a person
“What’s on today?” “Find John Smith.” “What’s happening with the Smith job?” Or tell it about a call you just took. Replies come from the YourTradeQuotes WhatsApp number.
Nothing is added until you tap Confirm
A new enquiry comes back to you on a card with the name, number and job, and Confirm and Cancel buttons. The card lasts 10 minutes, and a typed “yes” never adds anything.

Text messages only for now. Settings shows everything it has done, and you can disconnect your number at any time.

Which plans include WhatsApp enquiry alerts?
Every plan. Starter includes 100 alerts a month, and Pro and Pro+ are unlimited. The 14-day free trial runs on Pro, so alerts are unlimited while you try it.
How do I switch the alerts on?
First send any WhatsApp message from your mobile to our number, +44 7563 628410. Alerts cannot be switched on until you have. The Integrations page in Settings has a Message us first button that opens the chat for you. Then add the number you want alerts on and press Send test.
Which number do my customers see when I send a quote on WhatsApp?
Yours. Sending a quote by WhatsApp opens WhatsApp on your phone with the message written for you, and you press send. Enquiry alerts are different: they come to you from the YourTradeQuotes number.
Can I get the WhatsApp Assistant?
Not yet. It is in private pilot with a small number of Pro+ accounts that we switch on, and it is not on sale. Register your interest and we will tell you when it opens up.
Can the assistant add things to my account without me knowing?
No. Anything it would add is shown to you on a card first, and it is only added when you tap Confirm. It only answers the WhatsApp number you connected with a code, and Settings shows everything it has done.
Can I send the assistant voice notes?
Not yet. It reads text messages only for now. Voice notes are planned.
