How do I put my terms on quotes?
Set your default wording in Settings, Documents & Terms. You can change it on any quote in the quote form, and it prints on the PDF and the customer's quote page.
Can customers pay by card through the app?
Not yet, card payments are coming soon. For now, record card-terminal, cash or bank payments against the invoice.
Three rules every AI tool here follows
It never invents a price
If you did not say a price, the line comes back at £0 marked "Not stated". A quote that still totals £0 asks you before it can be sent.
Nothing reaches a customer without you
AI drafts. You check it, price it and press send. Every quote still goes out in your name, from your account.
It says when it does not know
A brief it cannot map fails honestly rather than filling the gap, and Chip tells you when a feature is not live instead of guessing.
